From physical chemistry new type of question was asked. 12 questions can from class 11 and 13 questions from class 12. The overall difficulty was moderate. The candidates who have sound knowledge of NCERT can do this section easily and score well. Chemistry section was totally NCERT based.
  • Maths: 10 questions from class 11 and from class 12 there were 15 questions. 5 questions were asked from algebra, 2 from trigonometry, 6 questions from coordinate geometry, 5 questions came from calculus, 4 questions from differential calculus, 1 question from complex number, 2 questions from sequence and series, and 3 questions from vector and 3d.
  • Physics: Almost 10 questions from class 11 and from class 12 there were 15 questions. 7 questions came from mechanics, 4 questions came from thermodynamics, 3 from optics, 3 from modern physics, 1question came from general physics, 1 from semiconductors and 6 questions came from electromagnetism.

Initial Reaction of Students:

  • Students are really happy with hygiene and SOPs at the center.
  • Sanitisation was done properly inside the centers, and social distancing was maintained.
  • SOPs were all maintained. Students said they felt safe inside the centers.
  • Talking about the numerical value type questions, then these questions were most difficult in physics, moderate in Chemistry, and simple in Maths.
  • The weightage of class 11 and 12 syllabus was equal.
  • Most of the questions were Numerical based in Physics.
  • Chemistry has theoretical questions mostly.
