Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2021 on October 3, 2021, after 7 long years, last time they held the exam was 2014.
I) Don’t study, relax the whole evening enjoy the weather, if you want to sit down with study materials just read the last minute notes you made yourself, and don’t take pressure on yourself. Late-night cram sessions aren’t a very effective way to study.
II) listen to calming music but don’t do this if you think the song will keep on going in your brain during the exam.
III) Don’t go out on a busy street or somewhere, if want to leave the house go to a park or your terese will be the best option.
IV) Eat properly, Giving your mind the brainpower it needs is important if you want to do well on your test. That means eating a good meal the night before the exam. Don’t have junk for one day. Have a healthy home-cooked meal.
V) Prepare for the morning, carry your pens, admit card, etc keep your clothes ready the night before, don’t forget your mask and the Sanitizer. Do follow the dress code.
VI) Give your brain a break by reading a book, write in a journal, or talk to your family or paint if you like to. This will help you wind down before bed, making it easier to get a good night’s sleep so your brain can process the information you spent the evening reviewing.
VII) Get good sleep, One of the most important things the night before a test is to get a full night’s sleep so your brain can remember what you’ve studied. Make sure you go to bed at a set time so you can wake up on test day feeling refreshed and well-rested.
VIII) Set your alarm, check the distance of the examination centre from your residence beforehand so that you calculate correctly and set the alarm according.
IX) Don’t have a full course meal before your exam have something light but don’t go empty stomach. Do carry a chocolate bar and eat it before you get into the examination centre.
